#Geforce now runs at 1080p instead of 1440p

Hi,

I bought a new monitor and for some reason geforce now keeps running at 1080p even though I specifically set it to 1440p. I tried custom profile, balanced profile with no result. Cinematic seems to be working (4k) but my montior isnt 4k. I also noticed on my other 1440p monitor, it can run balanced in 1440p but not custom.

My internet is 2.5gbps ethernet so internet doesnt seem to be the issue... anyone got any ideas?

Ensure Windows, GFN and the game are all set to 1440p. Reinstall GFN if it doesn't work.

For me, I realized some games like Cyberpunk & Black Myth wukong only work in 1440p @ 120hz

Like if I set it to 1440p @ 240 hz, itll stream the game at 1080p instead
