Very long queue time

Hello!
I have a Priority subscription, but I still have to wait 30–120 minutes in the queue before I can start playing.
When I purchased the subscription, the website said that the expected wait time would be < 2 minutes, but in reality it’s much longer.

Could someone please explain why this is happening and how it can be fixed?
I’m attaching a screenshot showing the queue.

there is no "standard" queu3 time, so there may not be any, or there may be alot

the site also says "Typically <1 minute wait"
