I can try to help you. Since I don't know too what the error is... the best that I can help you is, if it's Nvidia server side you could try change servers, if you can. On your side you could reboot device, reboot internet router, try different type of internet connection ( from Ethernet to wifi or viceversa, from local to, try a mobile )
