I don't understand why the game works on Boosteroid and not on Geforce Now.

Different platforms. If works on one, doesn't mean that will work on another.
The services and platforms aren't the same.

What you can do, is to try another server region to see if it persists.
Also, if you used Live Chat to contact Support, try Ticket instead.

Only NVIDIA can check that out for you.

At first I thought the problem was on my side, but it's the only game out of 104 that does that, and on geforce now the game doesn't start, and boosteroid does the same thing as geforce now, the information is read on steam and starts in the cloud, and why only on boosteroid the game starts and on geforce now the game doesn't start? I contacted Nvidia support and nothing, they don't understand the problem.
