Neverwinter crashes in session

I tried playing Neverwinter for the first time, but the game crashed in the session...
What should I do?

little update: After closing and starting another session i get this

Extra update: The get thrown out of session happens everytime i press play in the neverwinter window inside the session

Can you try another server location, and with the error code,

it was because the servers were down at that moment in game
