Queue stuck in 9 Kings

hi i use a free membership account and i’ve never had this problem that my queue gets stuck between 2-1 players ahead of me for more than two hours

this only happens in 9 kings and i haven’t been able to play

after 2 and a half hours and loading in it shows this right before the game starts

This code, from what i understood, that basically Nvidia needs to patch the game.
So I suggest to contact them and let them know. It's the only thing you can do and after it wait to them to fix it ( that they could do in the coming days ).
