So do you have 2 issues or one? If the controls are bound to the V-Sync just turn it off, V-Sync is better when turned off.

Ensure V-Sync is turned off in the GFN settings alongside in the main menu of the game, NOT when you've loaded into a world.

@jade pendant there is no setting anywhere in the game it's in the Nvidia drives settings which i can't access
