SoT login issue

im trying to play sea of thieves though the GFN and when i am able to get in, i am asked to enter my microsoft login. i do that, but instead of letting me through, it that i need to log in to continue. im also getting issue where clicking on the log in prompt that you get after clicking start game does not do anything.

anything i can do to avoid these issues?

Can you try another server location and if you can, try logging in another way rather than the traditional password, such as MFA.

how do i pick the server location? also, how do i log in a different way?

sorry if its dumb questions. only recently started using NOW and this particular game is the only one thats giving such issues
