this is always when i start my pc and i open geforce now or i close it with task manager completely

This started two updates ago. I'm facing the same.

Normally, close and open again, solve this problem.

At this moment, you can... either create a Support Ticket and let NVIDIA know that you're also facing this problem, or wait until they fix it.
