So, its been half an hour and my game its still stuck on "loading", I tried shutting down the app thru task manager and run it again, tried desisntalling and reinstalling geforce now, pretty much nothing works, my internet conexion is strong if that helps with anything
"Cargando" means loading in spanish
btw, the game doesnt seem to be installing a patch either a new actualization
oh and, when I try to close the app thru the app itself, it get stucks on closing

So, only your app isn't loading. Something is preventing your app from launching sessions.
Try to use a flushdns CMD command, reboot your Internet devices.
If nothing works, you can contact NVIDIA Support. You can do it via Live Chat or Support Ticket.
If you encounter a Permission Error, just try again but using a Incognito/InPrivate web browser window.

@cold rose try to launch a game on the browser version. its allowing me to launch rust and apex legends but not rainbow 6. says game cnanot be launched with an error code

im not even sure how this happened, but it may be the solution for you, as it was for me. open "Device Manager", click "Display Adapters" dropdown, right click your GPU, click "Properties', check under "Device Status" and make sure it says "This device is working properly". If not, make sure to click the "Enable" button.
