R6 is REALLY framey/laggy even with low ms (12-6)

Does R6 report FPS fluctuations or not? If so, then lower the graphics settings. Can you do Control + N and tell me if it's the stream or in-game FPS.

its really choppy when i first spawn in and whenever i aim at a enemy, also happens in the main menu when i go to look at my ops, gimmie a second and i'll grab a video

Yeah that's why you have FPS issues, everything is cranked up to ultra,

Turn the settings down and turn off AA.

Shading is a huge FPS tank, alongside reflections.

Change everything to medium, still the same arguably worse at points - the stuttering becomes more common

I suggest enabling V-Sync in Siege. I believe it could be because of shader caching on Siege, as this was an issue at the start of the new season that literally everyone faced.

Try running the game on all low and see how that performs.

That's understandable. If the issue does persist, I suggest contacting NVCC support about this then as I have a feeling it's something to do with the shader's.
