#Invisible Mouse Cursor Since April 2024 While Using Controller

I play Lost Ark on GFN as one of my primary games and it heavily requires the use of mouse movement for inventory management and menu selections.

When Lost Ark launched in 2022 you could play it on GFN and you could use the right joystick to move the mouse in game and the mouse cursor on screen would follow the movement.

However in April 2024 there was a GFN patch that made it so that mouse movement still is usable by the right joystick but the cursor no longer follows in game and the movement is invisible.

The only way to get the mouse to move is if you put GFN in KBM mode by holding start then you can use the joystick and the mouse will move.

This issue is not specific to Lost Ark it affects every game that allows mouse movement.

Oh my days. Do not take months to report/mention a problem like that.

When it does affect your gameplay like that, or even other in-app or in-server problems, always contact NVIDIA Support directly.

Don't wait for a patch or fix automatically. It's because of you guys, when reporting problems, that any service can fix their problems.

For your case, contact NVIDIA Support via Ticket:

(if you encounter any permission error, use e incognito/inprivate web browser window)

I have reported this issue to NVIDIA support multiple times.

I have posted reddit posts for multiple months about this issue.

I have posted directly on the GFN forums multiple times.

This is the first time I have posted on the GFN discord.

Not sure what else to do but I'll keep posting until we get some resolution!!!

The only traction we were able to get was that a support representative put it in as a "we'll look into it"
