I have Discord Rich Presence enabled in the Windows GFN desktop app, and I have GFN added in Discord. However, it never shows what game I am playing as my status - it only shows I am playing Geforce Now. If I look at my profile it does show what I am playing, but it never updates the status correctly.

Try reinstalling GFN and launch both applications as administrator.
