#Wuthering Waves Issue

I am having an issue when trying to play Wuthering Waves. As soon as the game opens, I see a bar filling up with "patching" as the text. Once its finished it says Patching Complete. Restart the game. Obviously when the only option is Exit the game it gets closed and there is no way to reopen it. I have done the patching and close 4 times and I feel like it's not going to be possible to address the issue manually
