I am having an issue in regards to running HOI 4, I am unable to run a vanilla game, even with ensuring I have no mods being run I am getting a different checksum as to what I should be getting. I have attempted to verify file integrity in the session and have enabled and disabled DLC's in an attempt to rectify this to no avail. I'd like to say it is as a result of the recent update but from what I've experienced prior to now is that this issue should not be happening, any fixes or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

No so, when I run a vanilla game (no mods) it will run, however I will be unable to get achievements even whilst playing in ironman mode, the check sum is different from what it should be to be considered vanilla in the eyes of the game.
The value that it is showing when I hover my cursor over the trophy icon (indicator for achievements run) it shows I have somehow run the game with a modified save which I have not as I am running without mods nor was I starting an old save
But as of today oddly enough the altered checksum has fixed itself which I find odd.
I'd consider this atm fixed though will return if it returns
