The latency could be high for various reasons. What's your internet speeds and try another server location, alongside this try going in the game itself and interact with it, as I can see you're just in the desktop of the rig.

Also, are you located in USA? If so, this datacentre is located in Miami... so are you (around)?

im located in mexico, also my internet speed is 250mbps

Alright. So, depending on where you live, in Mexico, this datacentre might not be the most appropriate one.

Try these manually: US Mountain (Phoenix, Arizona), US Southwest (Los Angeles, California), US West (San Jose, California) or US Southeast (Miami, Florida).

Worth to notice that you picked US Southwest, but due to rigs not being available there at that moment, you were redirected to the Miami one. This might answer as to why you got a higher latency than it should.
