maybe am stoopid, but, everytime I try to launch fallout 4 (even in really low graphs), it wont work, it will js black screen and freeze. Yes I let it time to run but nothing

If you modded Fallout 4 locally, then that's why and you need to disable cloud save on Steam. Alongside this, try setting the game to windowed.
