i wanna play Warzone but when i enter to the game, the game wants me to configure it, after that, the game gets in this black screen.

I tried with Xbox and Battle net and if it lets me play only on Steam it gives me that error I hope it fixes it

I tried GeForce Now on my phone and it let me play Warzone, the black screen only appears on PC I think
