Steam still up and I can press Start.
But everything is in 1 FPS. No kidding!
It's like watching a low FPS GIF.....

These are the steps we took, and it worked.
- Disconnect Steam account.
- Quit GFN
- Restart GFN and reconnect and sync Steam
- Restart GFN
- Change GFN server location.
See if it helps. If it does and still gives error when switching back to your default region:
- Close the GeForce NOW client if it's active.
- Open the Windows Run command by pressing Windows + R together.
- Now copy and paste the following command within the bracket as is ( %LocalAppData%\NVIDIA Corporation\GeForceNOW ).
- Delete the entire "CefCache" folder.
- Open GFN and make sure it's your/automatic region.
- ???
- Profit
