Hi!
I purchased a GFN Ultimate subscription yesterday and wanted to play Cyberpunk 2077, and so I created a new game for myself and played for a few hours and took a break. Unfortunately, when I wanted to re-enter this save of mine it automatically crashes the game, this applies to any save that was created during that first session. When I look at the “continue” option it pops up a message that the cloud save didn't load and I should play on the local save, but as I said it's a save I created on GFN, on the same account somehow 8 hours earlier. I searched for the problem and it all boils down most likely to the fact that I didn't log into REDLauncher, but I can't log into REDLauncher, because as it turns out for some time GFN has been blocking the opening of browsers, and in order to log into REDLauncher I just have to have a browser window in which there is an option to log in. To sum up, I am not able to play because it crashes the game for me and that is the biggest problem, because I no longer need to be logged in to receive this reward etc, but I can't play and that is sad and annoying, because I wanted to play, and as you can see I can't. I would like to ask for help with this situation, I would like to add that I did restart the game, I re-installed the GFN app, I did a relog to Steam and nothing. I also wrote to support, but I doubt that it will do anything, because the problem has been going on for 4 months and other support only wrote back that they are aware of the bug and are trying to fix it or something.
