On classic camera the movement are very to high at low or high sensitivity

Change your DPI on your mouse if you can.

Same thing here. I just use the action camera instead

in classic targeting camera if we check the box "display the mouse cursor while rotating" this solves the problem while waiting for it to be resolved without having to check a box which has no direct link with the sensitivity
