Ncsoft version is still there, and I'm in Europe ( so, under Nvidia).
So, I could suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the app, try the browser version, or continue to talk to Nvidia support, of why it doesn't pop up the store for you.

If you click on Steam, what will happen? Nothing?
I'm not at home ( I'm at work ), so if I can, I'll be able to check the PC, only in 11 hours, since I won't be coming home after work.
