Everytime I play a game i cant go a second without fps drops, even on fortnite with all low settings i cant play the game properly because it drops to 30 fps to 40fps consistently, I don't want to pay for an ultimate membership just to get a proper framerate in all my games. Can they fix this?

try increase gpu intensive settings
priority is cpu-limited, so tanking every graphical setting can paradoxicly put more load on the cpu due to the gpu working so much faster

when you lower all graphical settings, it makes the gpu able to work so much faster due to everything being much easier to render
priority rigs are cpu-limited, so doing this can put more load on the cpu, leading to a hit to performance
its a bit paradoxical, but keeping load on the gpu can help
