Can you try another server location and can you also elaborate on the issue further please? When exactly does it freeze? What freezes? The session or the game or the launcher/application if it has one?

i start the game, it loads up steam opens the game then the game window freezes. i cannot try another server as i refunded the game because when i searched for the issue its been happening to others for months
