It seems that EU servers need update, US already done..

I also have this issue. The launcher constantly wants to log me into US WoW whereas I am EU. US is fully loaded however EU is not. Every time I make the switch and let the battle.net launcher update the EU version and click play, I get the "geforce now error code 0x8003001f" error.
