I'm not getting any benefits from my Ubisoft+ subscription but I'm not getting the dlc for any of the games I've looked it up and it all points to adding the game to your library locally on the launcher first but I have no actual pc so that's not possible

Ubisoft+ gives you a license to the games but in order to access the games you must first add them to your account.
As far as I remember once subscribed you have access to the Ubisoft+ dashboard where you can add the games to your account, it can be done from mobile since it's a website

DLCs and additional content from your subscription it's handled by Ubisoft, if you don't receive any of those on your games contact Ubisoft Support
