PWS released a new DLC today, but I can't seem to launch the latest content. It keeps taking me back to the Store page for the new DLC (this is free DLC)

if it was recently released you have to wait for NVIDIA to apply the necessary patch to the update/DLC to make it compatible with their cloud servers and consequently GFN
However you can check all the DLCs by pressing shift + tab > DLCs > make sure it's selected and enable
