If the ultimate textures require a restart, it's not possible. If it's a DLC, then enable it and restart your session until it's downloaded. With the game updating each session, try another server location, and if that doesn't work then your best bet is to contact NVCC support.

if youre playing thru ubisoft or epic games, you can "restart" the game without closing the stream if you click the launcher and log out/log back in. ive done it with division 2 thru ubi and fortnite thru epic
