I can only connect to gfn if I use a vpn on my phone or use data. It won't work on wifi. I can watch youtube on wifi, so I don't know why this is a problem

Restart your router and phone. Using a VPN makes your connection worse as you're going through 2 servers rather than 1.

I've restarted my router before. But I've noticed it doesn't really work anymore. I used to use the pc app with no internet issues and with no vpn

Can you check if everything is up to date on your phone as well as ensuring nothing is open in the background.

My phone is updated, everything is updated. I don't have anything open in background. If I go to my internet settings when the problem happens, I can switch from randomized mac to phone mac which fixes the issue, not sure how long. And if the phone mac stops working, I have to switch it back to randomized mac
