Is the connection 2.4 or 5Ghz and you can you also further elaborate the issue you're facing? If possible, please provide a video.
Like I've said, don't ping me, that includes replies. I'll respond when I'm available to.
If possible try a 5Ghz connection and also try another server location, turn off adjust for poor network conditions and also try turning off RT if that's a feature, or any RT features. If that doesn't work then contact NVCC support.
