played for a while with RT+PT on and off
didnt crash nor ahve any other issues
had all graphical settings maxed at 2560x1600@60fps

Yeah, I went and played all day on just Ultra, RT+PT off which worked fine, will try again soon.
Edit: Nope, any RT/PT still kills the game on the spot.
