I've used GFN before and really liked it and it performed well so i bought it again (priority) to play again but this time no game i try to play actually runs smoothly, i'm trying to play fortnite and the screen freezes for around half a second every time i try to turn the camera making it impossible to play, i also tried playing dying light and the lag was horrible to the point i could barely move. if anyone can help me thatd be great i feel like ive wasted my money

I have the exact same issue in fortnite, for the passed 4 days. Unfortunately, it's unplayable at the moment for me due to the lag.

If you are away from the datacenter and you have more than 30ms, and still use Ethernet connection, apart try to changing the servers, you can't do much.

I've used the same settings, the same setup and the same internet for GFN, for 3 years now. The issues came 3-4 days ago. Never experienced them before, ever.

Maybe. Or from them, or your Provider that have issues of routing ( traffic congestion etc... ) that on your internet can cause packet loss and high ping.
Since Geforce Now had a global outage previously, I think it's gfn problem

Maybe. Maybe the issue have been a problem for some days. It didn't get better when the update was released earlier today though. I had to leave my team and friends cause I couldn't play with all the lags

hello in gfn im getting a problem where my mouse actions are so delayes although my keyboard actions are fine, i played earlier today and had the same problem so i thought it was probably wifi at the time however i just logged on and its the same. so i thought maybe something was wrong with my mouse however my mouse moves fine outside of geforce now and my wifi is also fast can this be a geforce now problem? i tried clearing cache and site data since i play on a chromebook

I'm on 500/500 Mbit fiber connection, and it's still very laggy.
It's just as you say, the movement of the mouse is very delayed. Games I play through my computer, or other games in geforce now, is fine. But fortnite is not.
Question is, since this is a community server, how can we reach out to the geforce now people. Many of us seem to have this issues and I've already sent 2 tickets through geforce now app.
