Is there any recommended settings for gfn?
I have a wifi speed of 150mbps download which is pretty unstable it goes down quite a few times and i use wireless.
My main questions are:

What should be my max bit rate?
Do i put VSync on adaptive or completely off?
Should i have “Adjust for poor network conditions” off or on?
What causes and how do i reduce packet loss?
How does the fps work, for example in fortnite, if my in-game fps is 120 but my stream is 60, what fps am i seeing and actually playing on?
How do i fix my screen flashing most times, its a 0.1 thing but my screen becomes black for that time.

  • Max bitrate should always be less than your current available bandwidth. Not only your Internet speed, but also your connection method (WiFi or Ethernet);
  • V-Synch is personal. Try and fit the best for your case;
  • "Adjust for poor network conditions" always off;
  • Packet loss is reduced by countless factors, such as moving to Ethernet, use another nearest datacenter and check if your ISP isn't having routing problems;
  • The Stream FPS is the most important, because is what you're seeing via streaming;

The screen flashing, I have no idea. Check if your local GPU drivers are updated.

Usually, settings is something very personal. There's no perfect recipe, as it depends on a lot of factors.
Each user has their own router, different ISP, different routing, different setup, etc.

This is why I always recommend you guys to keep trying, until you find what's best suits for your current setup.

Thanks alot, also just a question, if i click “Test network” it doesnt show my available bandwidth it just says im ready to stream. Does download speed represent bandwith? And if so i have about 150, do i use 25 or 50 max bitrate?
