all settings are default
and the server I play on is on auto
my device is a HONOR X6
and the system is Magic UI but I think this is the problem that my device is not compatible with GeForce Now

Turn off auto adjust for network and what's your internet speeds to the router, not what package you have. Run the speedtest I sent.

And those "thousands" of people that have issues are from their side, not NVIDIA's, since if it was then literally everyone would experience the same issues. I also can't fix anything, I don't work for NVIDIA, this is a community server.
Can you try closing all apps in the background and can you also try another device if possible. Also, what country are you in?
