I have paid for PRIORITY account like a week ago and until today my account reduced the time limit to 5 hours to 30 minutes. What is happening?

it seems like alliance parters are cutting play time. probably due to the current high capacity of users

@fallow pulsar A Star-Hub user had the same problem and unsubbing and resubbing solved it.

Hi OP, yes I did try unsubbing and then resubbing to the service. It looks like a bug with subscription status

when it happened to me the first time, I just let it be for 3-5 days and the issue resolved itself
