I purchased Battlefield 5 from epic games and had it added to my EA app library. When I entered the game via gfn, it gave such an error. How do you think we can solve it?

Is BF5 supported with EGS? If so, then launch that, if not then you can't run BF5 through EGS as you don't own the game directly on the EA App.

You cannot log in to BF 5 with EGS, but you can do it with the EA app. After purchasing the game from EGS, I had it added to my ea app account, the game is in the ea app library.

EGS isn't supported, you can't run BF5 as you own it on EGS.
You don't actually own it on EA Play.
The activation key isn't on EA's end.
