Is your gfn app resolution settings matching your monitor resolution settings??

ok a few things... max bit rate.. what is your internet speed? your resolution you have set... thats not a typical resolution.. what is your monitor resolution?? and also disable the adjust for network performance as well

ok try to bump the bitrate up to 20 then..
