#Audio sounding muffled or distant

Im on the beta version of geforce now in South Africa, servers have not launched yet, my efforts on contacting geforce now abt audio issues has been useless.
Booting up games will sometimes cause the audio to disappear, like you dont hear a thing, even after rebooting the game several times still nothing.
After having to do a full reboot the audio sounds distant, or muffled, like ur hearing it through someones mic.
havent found a way around this, only does it with headphones and earphones, bluetooth or none bluetooth.
Anyone got any tips to solve this issue?

If it's possible, check if the same is happening on NVIDIA servers/regions. Of course, you will need to use an NVIDIA account to do so.

Otherwise, you will need to contact Rain directly. As beta means that they need your feedback, problems like that you should redirect to them.

for the chrome thing it does sound better but not by much. like rn it sounds completely normal, but then within a few seconds it sounds bad again, like it cant make up its mind

If the same happens on the web browser version, probably it's on Rain's side.

Do they provide an website or link to their service? One that you can contact their support?

not that i see, their support options are purely made up of issues with netwrok and 5g areas considering they werent originally meant for gaming, just to provide internet and data for people who had subscribed, ive tried making a custome ticket and the support team acted like they didnt even know what nvidia geforce now was

That's really sad.
But do the other tests, if you have enough patience for it. The NVIDIA account for NVIDIA servers, I mean.

If not, I will try to find where to contact Rain, the proper place, to talk about GFN beta and other support questions.
