Currently playing path of exile with the same settings as I play on my PC and there are certain texts or items/images in game that are extremely pixelated.
I'm pretty sure It's not any ingame settings, all the settings are the same as I use outside of GeforceNow and I don't have this issue.
I've played around with a lot of the settings and still can't seem to fix it.
Any red text like in the image is pixelated as an example above

Looks like video compression, nothing you can do about it, unless you purchase the ultimate tier which has AV1 encoding, but I don't know how that is with video compression, but it is better, but you also need a compatible computer to decode and encode AV1.
