Can you try restarting your router and trying another ethernet port and also connnecting to a different server location please?

Restarted router, changed ethernet port, changed server location, my save files are still gone
tech support has already replied to my ticket and I provided the info required, I don't believe this to be an issue on my end
it just doesn't make sense that no data from a 4h long session was saved
also I'm a ultimate user, session length isn't a problem
