You can try disabling cloud save on Steam locally and then launch the game on GFN.

Oh, if you have the ultimate tier, disable "Save graphic settings" in the GFN settings.

I see. Have you also tried changing your password on the affected account? Whether it be Steam or EGS. If so and it still doesn't work, I suggest contacting NVCC support.
