#GeForce Now can not use due streaming network issue

So basically I am using 1gbs internet via ethernet cable on my computer. And I want to play a game on GeForceNow.
First I choose network selection to "Auto" and failed on testing (streaming over your network is not recommended) . Second I choose one by one all server on EU (I live on Poland), still didn't pass the network test. What is the issue here ?
I checked everything , windows update, other updates, restarted router, ehternet cable and etc.
