Hello,
Ive been receiving the following error message after the download of the most resent game patch for the game Smalland.

The game quit unexpectedly.

Try again later: ERROR CODE: 0x8003001F”

From my understanding several other geforce now users are having the same issue.
I’ve included a short video of what happens and error message.

Yes, it's being reported for a few days now. With a few other games, as well.

Ive already chatted with s geforce now support agent

Then advised me to submit feedback witch I already did

This issue is happening with other geforce now users of the game

Yes, I mentioned that is being reported for a few days now. You're not the only person.

Even for us here, this error code is chaotic. NVIDIA never provided us any suggestion, than contacting NVIDIA Support.

Everything was fine prior to this resent patch

You guys say contact support snd support says contact gforce now feedback?? Anyone want to take any responsibility for this issue???

The Send Feedback is to send logs to GFN Team. They get those logs and use to work on problems in general. This is why NVIDIA Support ask you guys do that.

As we don't work for NVIDIA here, we cannot help.
When we ask them, they ask us to suggest you guys exactly the same thing. To use Send Feedback and contact NVIDIA Support directly.

Seriously. As I'm a user just you guys, sometimes I say (to myself, of course)... "hire me, NVIDIA. I can help you guys to sort out these problems."

But back to your question...
Do another try.

Do not use Live Chat. Create a support ticket, instead. Use the Ask us a question.
Tell them that you already sent the feedback, share a screenshot and everything that is possible.

Insist to them to get it sent to the GFN team.
