A lot of factors can cause it. It's impossible to say 100% what would be your case.

You need to check the your bandwidth available, the currently bitrate set on GFN settings, if you keep the adjust for poor network conditions disabled and if your in-game network stats is showing any degradation (CTRL+N is the shortcut).

But, to save your time, their support should help you to track what is going on. Better than me, for sure.
