can you get a refund if your internet can’t handle GeForce now?

I’m out of town and I unfortunately got locked in quarantine in the Philippines for 10 days and have been so bored I had the idea to use GeForce now to give my self something to do so I looked up the WiFi speeds needed and I just about had the amount required so I bought GeForce now and set everything up and it didn’t work… everything was extremely laggy and had lots of delay. Even reducing quality I hoped would give me less delays and still no luck… I was hoping to get a refund because it’s unusable
