Only 30 FPS Streaming and tons of Delay

I have seen others with this problem where they have bad quality and how you have to turn off adjust for poor internet connection. I've done this but it makes the game have horrible delay. I have pretty good internet I'm pretty sure. Lmk if there is any fix

and also now it for some reason it changes to 30 fps streaming automatically and when it goes back to 60 fps streaming, it is sort've like choppy

How are you connected to the internet?
Your internet speeds doesn't determine the stream quality, many other factors affect it.

Also, how many devices are connected to the internet?
If you're running wireless, how far away is the router?

I'm just a room away from the router

I'm using wireless internet

At the moment about 2 or 3 are connected to the internet

but When everyone is here its about 6 or 7

then try reducing the resolution. my resolution was 1920 x 1080 in csgo and i got 60 fps. after changing it, i got 120

there r some options like shaders and stuff

just change everything to low or performance

cuz most of the games have details and shaders enabled

it gives u a number

i just had to open geforce now on a different tab

it made it not choppy

because when the rtx 2080 servers are full you will get put in a gtx 1060 server
