There are L3 and R3 buttons in the bottom left and right.

Look underneath the B and Left directional button. You'll see the L3 and R3 buttons, which act as pushing the stick in

I don't know the game specific controls, all I know is where the L3 and R3 buttons are located

If you're having trouble, I'd recommend investing in a Bluetooth controller to make it easier to play.
