Control + G, enable the mic, then go to your Windows settings and set the default input mic to your preferred mic.

It's through the browser. Edge is supported which means some people use that to use GFN. GFN isn't supported for Xbox, which means issues will arise.

check your mic settings on edge browser, xbox emulates edge 1:1 compared to windows so i don't think there's an issue with GFN as microphone on gfn on windows edge works just fine

you can also use a voice recording website on ur xbox to troubleshoot

additionally check if you disallowed mic usage accidentally for GFN's website
