If you're using WiFi, use 5GHz if available/compatible.
Despite 2.4GHz works for some users, it's not general rule that will work for everyone.
For cloud gaming, Ethernet is always recommended.
Your internet speed, despite being a bit higher than recommended, is still low. Specially if you are using a shared connection.
Any other download, from your smartphone or any other person connected to this internet/router, will cause issues to your GFN stream.
Even so, try to set lower bitrate, such as 10 or 15. And disable that adjust for poor internet connection option, within GFN app settings.
