Reinstall GFN won't do anything, in your case, as you're seeing in VM problem.
But why are you unable to change the server location from auto to another one?
Also, are you using NVIDIA service or Alliance Partner?
For the first one, I cannot change the server

Weird. You shouldn't be blocked from changing servers.
